Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) Worksite: On or about 4/21/2022, an employee was exposed to fall hazards while working from a commercial hotel roof without adequate fall protection, approximately 20 feet above the ground floor. Johnny C's Roofing Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1408099, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07-10-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 245 Althea Street, Providence, RI 02909. |
