I received a notice from dbt solutions saying I owed on an old XXXX bill. I called them and they told me that I never returned XXXX equipment. I told them that my mother did bring package to XXXX and that she still had the proof. Thy told me to send the proof in. My mother faxed over the receipt and a letter telling them that she personally brought the package containing the equipment to XXXX for me and had gotten the receipt. she even wrote on the receipt when it was received by the company who handles the equipment for XXXX. It does not go back to XXXX but the company I guess who manufactures the equipment for XXXX. It was received on XX/XX/XXXX by a XXXX XXXX. In 2014 she had checked the tracking on line to make sure it was received. Good thing she kept the receipt. She also stated in the letter to dbt solutions that this should never even been put on my credit report in the first place. She told them I wanted it removed from the XXXX credit bureaus because it was XXXX error and this was cleared up 2 yrs. ago.. XXXX would not even talk to me about it because they said this was a old closed account and sold to dbt soultions. This was done over XXXX months ago. As of this date it is still showing up on my credit as XXXX balance but still showing as collection account. This had lowered my score by XXXX points and caused me to loose out on getting a mortgage at that time. I am still trying to get a mortgage to buy a house for my growing family as we are XXXX next month. I want this removed from my XXXX credit reports ASAP. They told me it would be but they never followed through. This has been a nightmare.

I called Debt Recovery Solutions XX/XX/XXXX to request validation of a collection that showed up on all 3 of my credit reports. Debt Recovery Solutions reported on all 3 credit reports that I owe {$160.00}. I 'm requesting that Debt Recovery Solutions remove this collection of my credit. The validation that they provided showed that I had a diagnosis code of XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) and a 6 digit CPT code XXXX and that I owe {$160.00}. I 'm not sure where they received this information, however my emergency room visit for Date of Service of XX/XX/XXXX was n't XXXX XXXX and I do not owe the amount the stated. I 'm asking that this company remove my collection from my credit report immediately. I reviewed my medical record and billing statement with XXXX hospital which shows that Debt Recovery has somehow managed to provide me with incorrect information after I asked for validation.

XXXX cable/phone/internet had a billing error for XXXX form XX/XX/2013. When I pulled credit report I noticed contacted XXXX and they removed from all Credit Reporting agencies and stated billing error on their side. I checked the reports and all entries were removed. Several months later I received a letter from Collection : Debt Recovery Solutions for the same amount. I explained the background and faxed them the receipt of the return equipment to XXXX. The rep advised ( XXXX ) they would remove the account from their files. This week notices the Collections has been placed on my Credit report. I called XXXX and they could find NO records of any Past due, Collections under my name or any address. How can Debt Recovery Solutions report a debt that XXXX states I have none and I sent them proof of 2013 return of equipment

On XX/XX/XXXX my XXXX account was sent to collection for nonpayment. It was eventually settled and the account was paid for less than the full balance to Debt Recovery Solutions LLC. Debt Recovery Solutions LLC. stated and posted the date of the debt as XX/XX/XXXX, this is incorrect. The date of the original debt is XX/XX/XXXX. It is still on my credit report as a result of this error and it should be removed from my credit report as it is beyond the reporting time period.

There was a loan taken out in my name in XXXX, XXXX using an old address. At that time I was living in XXXX, California when this occurred. I had not lived at that address since XXXX. Furthermore, it looks like the loan was taken out electronically, and an IP search showed that it originated in XXXX XXXX, California. I have never lived in XXXX XXXX, CA. The company had been sending me emails, which I thought were phishing emails. After, the legal service I hired sent a letter to them, I was sent a collection letter.
