West Bay Recovery XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, RI XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, RI XXXX ( representing West Bay ) XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX Judgement XXXX Initially, I was not aware of any debt or what it was for. There were documents falsely served and signed by whom I do not know as I lived alone and worked past XXXX every night some time in XX/XX/XXXX. I do not have the exact date as the documents were never disclosed to me. I never saw anything or heard of this debt or company. I found out about this debt in the middle of my bankruptcy through mail from XXXX that my account was overdrawn. The account was my in fact my then 7yr old 's savings account that the law office went ahead and took the money out with the false documents. No one answered my calls or my letters sent on the matter. Not only did they receive money through what I can only imagine were forged documents that was my child 's but they also were included in my bankruptcy that was discharged in XX/XX/XXXX. Now, I am going through a refinance of my home ( XX/XX/XXXX ) that was purchased in XX/XX/XXXX and my loan officer is telling me West Bay is coming after me for {$490.00} that I supposedly owe from XX/XX/XXXX ... .mind you the law office went in and took it out of a 7yr old 's bank account. I am finding out there has been MANY complaints about West Bay creating false debt and coming after people years and years later for what I still do n't know as NO ONE HAS EVER RETURNED MY CALLS OR MAIL ON THIS SO CALLED DEBT. They were included in bankruptcy and the stole money from my child 's account which only included my name due to him being under age.
