WE WILL DO THIS BY: FACILITATING EDUCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY BUILDING PROGRAMS FOR RESIDENTS OF ALL AGES AND IDENTITIES, IN COOPERATION WITH OTHER LOCAL GROUPS AND ORGANIZATIONS, WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE NEEDS OF OUR LGBTQ+ RESIDENTS, THEIR LOVED ONES, AND THEIR ALLIES. PARTNERING WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, SUCH AS REGIONAL AND NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, TO EXPAND OUR RESOURCES, INCREASE OUR UNDERSTANDING OF CURRENT LGBTQ+ ISSUES, AND BUILD ON OUR ABILITY TO ADVOCATE. PROVIDING MUTUAL AID SUPPORT, AND PROFESSIONAL REFERRALS WHERE APPROPRIATE, FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS EXPERIENCING CRISIS IN RELATION TO THEIR SEXUAL AND GENDER IDENTITIES. |
