29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Worksite at 524 Robinson Street Woonsocket, RI: On or about October 24, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards due to working at heights of approximately 9 feet 3 inches, without the use of fall protection. PML Carpentry & Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1496148, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 20, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Corner of 332 Elliot and Francis St. Milton, MA 02186. PML Carpentry & Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1622556, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1875 Country Street, Somerset, MA 02725. |
