Gamez Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.454(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1442890, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 02-18-2020, with respect to a worksite located at 556 Atwells Avenue, Providence, RI. 02909. |
