29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite at 11 Holten Avenue in Newport: On or about February 4, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately nine (9) feet and greater while working on a roof without the use of conventional or alternative forms of fall protection. MR Home Repairs, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection numbers 1413589 and 1494008, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/23/2019 and 12/28/2020, with respect to workplaces located at 181 West Street in Ware, MA and 100 Hadley Village Road in South Hadley MA. |
