Complaint What Happened I had a Gentlemen. Knock on my door from XXXX XXXX.And we discussed about going Sola.I had told him that I am on XXXX since XXXX due XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX was a credit based approval. We were told that I would receive a credit of {$10000.00} for going solar when I did XXXX taxes and that was not true. We would be paying XXXX which it was starting XXXX of XXXX. In XXXX they increased our payment to {$230.00} in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. That's is not what was agreed upon. They broke the contract. We had tried to reach out to Sunnova Bank and question why are they increasing they had no answer. I am on limited income. Now the contract in now Envoyed and it's a breech of contract.

Complaint What Happened At the end of XXXX of XXXX, I had a gentleman XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX at my door explaining to me about going solar. XXXX with XXXX had told me that XXXX XXXX is going up by 45 % and he could save me money by going solar with XXXX, XXXX sat down with me and said I'll be paying more with XXXX XXXX and he would save me money going Solar. I told him I've been on XXXX since XXXX, and he asked me for my XXXX XXXX bill and my XXXX paperwork. He showed me that also going solar I would also receive a tax credit of {$10000.00}. I had to do my taxes on XX/XX/XXXX and I was told that's not how that works regarding the tax credit. My payment would be {$190.00}. Now as of XX/XX/XXXX, they took out {$230.00} and that's incorrect. I have tried to call XXXX, and his manager XXXX at XXXX for over a week and a half and received to call back. I tried calling XXXX the loan company as well. As of XXXX of XXXX, I called my bank, XXXX and they had put a 6-month block on my account so the loan company XXXX would not be able to take money out of the account all I keep getting is lies, and the push around from XXXX. I was lied to by XXXX XXXX the Rep for XXXX and everything I was told was nothing but lies regarding this solar loan of {$55000.00}. Company 's involved XXXX installation Sunnova- loan company. XXXX XXXX
