Complaint What Happened	I received at phone call to my cell phone number XXXX at XXXX from a gentleman whom claimed to be calling to collect a debt from XXXX XXXXXXXX in the amount of {$410.00} he advised he needed to verify the last four of my ssn which he was correct, he then proceeded to say how can we take care of the balance i advised him that i would like a letter sent to me he advised he would do it through email and asked for my email address, when i received the email it came from XXXX there was a phone # to call XXXX also a letter attached, on the letter its not signed by corprate office or anyone from that company it does not disclose any options to dispute debt just states federal law requires we notifiy this is an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector any any information obtained will be used for that purpose. states creditor is XXXX XXXX orginal creditor XXXX XXXXXXXX orginal acct # XXXX ref # XXXX. i then called the place where i took out the loan at XXXX at XXXX spoke to XXXX whom advised that there is no debt owed that it was XXXX and company paid it she then advised me to call there corp office so i did that at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the woman i spoke with advised me that she has same system as XXXX so if XXXX is not showing a balance then there is no balance owed. she googled the ph # and info regarding Advanced Captiol Solutions and she advised it was coming up as a fraud ph # and to file a complaint with the CFPB, which i am doing now.

Complaint What Happened	On XX/XX/19, XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXX ) left a message for my sister-in-law and said it was about me and it was about a debt collection. I called him back and told him that it is against the law to talk to any 3rd party about a debt. He refused to tell me what company he was collecting the debt for without me giving the last 4 digits of my social security number which I refused to do. Extremely rude and belligerent person. No sooner did I hang up that I received another call, this time from a local number, same company but a female. She told me what company was collecting the debt and I told her I had already disputed the debt with the company and that I had never received, nor used the card in question.
