Complaint What Happened	The original credit card holder XXXX XXXX XXXX, sent the account to Solomon % Solomon pc of XXXX, Ny, attempts to make payments were flawed when I found Solomon was taking the payments and not applying my payments to the balance owed. an agreement was made to lower the balance owed to {$1000.00} and I sent 7 % XXXX monthly payments in when it was discovered they were not paying down the debit. I stopped the payments and in 2019 XXXX XXXX sent the collection to XXXX XXXX trying to collect XXXX. XXXX XXXX will not acknoweldge these payments and continues to collect {$1400.00}. Solomon has ignored my request to forward all documents to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is ignoring me. These collection companies are committing fraud trying to collect payments already paid.
