Citation text line 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2): The employer that used or stored hazardous chemicals at the workplace in such a way that employees of other employer(s) could be exposed did not ensure that the hazard communication program included all of the elements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(iii): (a) Establishment, 259 Franklin Street, Bristol, RI: On or about 07/14/2016, the employer's written hazard communication program did not include the methods they would use to provide other employers, such as but not limited to Phoenix Incorporated, with a copy of the Safety Data Sheets for each hazardous chemical the other employer's employees may be exposed to; the methods the employer will use to inform other employers of any precautionary measures that need to be taken to protect employees during the workplace's normal operating conditions and in foreseeable emergencies; and, the methods the employer will use to inform other employers of the labeling system used by them. Abatement Note: Prior to the start of work at any multii-employer worksite and before allowing outside employers to perform work at your site all parties shall share the following: 1. Copies of their Hazard Communication Program; 2. A list of all chemical they will be using at the site; 3. A copy of the Safety Data sheets for the chemicals they will be using on the site 4. What type of labeling they will be using for the chemicals being brought to the site.
