Complaint What Happened My mom passed away on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. She left XXXX mortgage liens, one was taken off. We had the estate probated and the deed transferred into both my brother 's name and mine. About one year ago, a real estate company started coming around invading my privacy. They posted large paper on my front and back doors. They started sending harassing letters about removing me from my mom 's house. They have been showing up without my permission, trespassing on the property, taking pictures, driving by and taking pictures. Later on in XXXX of this year XXXX, They filed a complaint without first notifying me about it. They never served a notice on the complaint. It was a cross-claim. I have filed Chapter XXXX bankruptcy on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Today, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, my Bankruptcy was officially discharged. I received a letter in the mail on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, saying that they scheduled a hearing for XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. They have no grounds to sue me and I want them ordered to cancel this hearing. I sent them emails to let them know this I have n't heard from them, and would only like a response if they will cancel this hearing, as I did n't do anything wrong. They are seeking a summary judgement from to recover the balance, because the house was underwater.
