Complaint What Happened Dear SECURITY CREDIT ; XXXX XXXX ; I am writing to address an alleged debt that I have no knowledge of and believe to be fraudulent. I have never engaged with your companies or the original creditor, nor do I recognize any contractual obligations with them. The inaccuracies in this account 's reporting violate FCRA and FDCPA regulations. To resolve this, I insist on proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or agreement bearing my signature, and proof of your authority in this matter. Without such documentation, I demand the correction of any erroneous credit reports pertaining to this debt. Please provide the following promptly : Evidence of your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) for this matter. Legal basis for your collection of this information and debt. Evidence of your authorization to operate in this state. Proof of the alleged debt, including contracts or instruments bearing my signature. Complete account history, including collection-related charges. I am filing a formal complaint citing violations of my consumer rights under the FCRA and FDCPA. According to 15 U.S.C. 602 ( a ), I am entitled to privacy, and 15 U.S.C. 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) specifies that no account can be furnished without my written instructions. Therefore, I demand an immediate cessation of all communication and collection activities regarding this account. I also request the deletion of this account from my credit report due to its unrecognized status and absence of contractual obligations. Complaint What Happened Hi, upon checking my credit files I saw I have a collection account with Security Credit Services LL and it said the original creditor is XXXX XXXX ( both companies I do not know nor heard of ), I reached out to all 3 credit bureaus ( certified returned receipt ) and asked them for any documents they have on my file with this company, they sent me a letter saying that this account was verified as accurate by this collection company and to reached Security Credit Services LLC directly if I wanted more information. On XX/XX/2019 I sent them a certified letter asking them for any documents bearing my signature or any contract to see if someone stole my identity or what because I have not NEVER in my life opened any account whatsoever with any of them, they have not answered any letter and keep on reporting this negative account to the credit bureaus damaging my credit file. I want to buy a home in the coming months and when I went to check my file and this is what I found, now I have to litigate this knowing I have never opened any type of account with them. They never sent me any letter NEVER saying that I had a collection account with them nor to dispute this on 30 days, nothing at all. I want this deleted from all my credit files please.
