VAZ Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.405(j)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1399835, citation number 001, item number 01c and was affirmed as a final order on 7/17/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 548 Roosevelt Avenue, Central Falls, RI 02863. |
