Complaint What Happened XXXX from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX, MA referred me to Sensible Auto LLC for loan approval. Sensible Auto would approve loan under condition that I purchase extended warranty from XXXX XXXX. I believe this was a scam and that Sensible Auto works with warranty company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This power train plus warranty was purchased with car seven months earlier at Dealer XXXX XXXX as a condition for Sensible Auto LLC to approve the loan for the car as stated by XXXX XXXX Engine of the recently purchased car ( XX/XX/XXXX ) seized on XX/XX/XXXX. While I needed transportation to get to work I requested deferment of loan several times while warranty company worked with repair company on repairs. Called XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX where car was purchased and referred to XXXX XXXX XXXX who works with Extended XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX it was towed -gave consent to have diagnostics done. I called several times after two weeks of waiting for update on diagnostics. XXXX reported waiting on information from XXXX. I then called XXXX to ask for update and representative XXXX reported they were waiting on needed information from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I then called XXXX with the knowledge of their need for action and was told that they were waiting for AUL which I became concerned as I just got off the phone with them stating XXXX XXXX XXXX is responsible for the waiting time. In need of transportation and communication for whether not not my car would be covered by warranty /when my car would be repaired and being told conflicting information, I informed XXXX I would need to take the car to another repair shop I called and told me they could have the diagnosis done in 2 days. It has now been 6 months and the vehicle is 124 days past due ( I believe incorrectly as payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX ) and now that the vehicle is under repossession the warranty finally approved claim. 4 days too late and an unreasonable amount of time.
