Complaint What Happened	Company has violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by placing an ambiguous collection amount on my credit report 3 years after the account was closed and paid in full. The Volvo lease was never late, yet now reporting 14 or more 90 day late payments and collection. The lease terminated inXX/XX/XXXX, paid in full, never late. Volvo company has not reached out nor attempted to notify about "debt". Account appeared as charge off on credit report with balance and late payments years after paid in full. Received notice dated XX/XX/XXXX with "lease termination invoice". Attempts to contact number on notice have all failed. Operators collecting information and then terminating call. Volvo is acting abusively due to not purchasing vehicle at lease-end.
