(a) Jobsite: On or about 1/19/18, an employee was observed working on the roof of a 2-story residence without being protected from falling. Ace Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1149284, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/12/2016, with respect to the jobsite at 516 North Broadway, East Providence, RI 02914. Ace Roofing was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1093820, citation 2, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/2015, with respect to the jobsite at 197 Ocean Blvd. Seabrook NH 03874.
