Citation text line 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were fit-tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter: (a) Facility-wide: On or about 4/12/2022 the employer did not ensure that employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators, including Honeywell DC300 N95 respirators, were fitted initially and then annually thereafter. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed COVID-19 positive residents.
