I'm filing a complaint with a auto loan lender named Westlake Financial services, XXXX, and XXXX. Back in XXXX of XXXX, I was granted a discharge from chapter XXXX bankruptcy. A few weeks later, I was approved for a auto loan on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. For some odd reason my credit file is reflecting as a closed account and that it was discharged alongside my bankruptcy which is a total XXXX up on XXXX and XXXX I've called Westlake which is which I owe the debt on and they said they have nothing to do with my fico score being reported to XXXX and XXXX inaccurately. I've already tried filing disputes with both credit bureau but I get the same song and dance that my credit file is reporting accurately. I've included my XXXX credit file which reflects my loan accurately, my bankruptcy discharge paperwork and the actual bill of sale of the car I purchased after I was completely discharged.

back in XXXX of XXXX submitted tender of payment for my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in full to Westlake financial. Company repossessed my vehicle back in XXXX of XXXX. I've come to find out that my rights were violated. Notice, it is a fact, I am now aware, that repossession, is a violation of 15 U.S.Code 1692e ( 4 ) and is fraud and illegal in the collection of any debts. This is a right secured to me by this code herein and the 4th amendment of the U. S. Constitution. Also, AS I am the creditor Notice, it is a fact, in accordance with 15 U.S.Code 1692h I, the consumer and affiant in fact, give, with my written instruction, direction for Westlake Financial to redirect all prior payments, and all current payments to rectify the matters herein, to me. Also that the company engaged in identity theft and numerous violations under title 15. They refused to validate or verify the debt. They also did not comply with my request for accounting. They reported false information to the credit reporting agencies, threatened and harassed me for payment. Then took my property which I have a commercial lien on via an XXXX financing statement. We have no working vehicle and they violated my rights. Along with continuing to report late payments on my credit report
