A metal cabinet, flammable storage locker, shelf, and trash bin were stored along the back side of the spray booth which prevented cleaning of the floor. b) a) Jobsite: On or about August 26, 2024, the employer did not ensure that a clear space of 3 feet or more on all sides was kept free from storage to allow access for cleaning. Two metal tables, three flammable storage lockers, two trash bins, and a wooden cabinet were stored along the left side of the spray booth which prevented cleaning of the floor and walls. |
