(b) Walkway mop bucket drain sump: On or about 6/13/14, the employer did not maintain the floor area in front of the mop water fill/dump area reasonably dry in that the drain sump was not provided with a means of keeping water from draining onto the adjacent floor. |

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1): (a) Kitchen: On or about 6/13/14, the electrical cord for the soft serve ice cream maker had damage to the outer insulation repaired with electrical tape and, where the cord met the plug, the jacket was pulled away exposing the conductors. (b) Kitchen: On or about 6/13/14, the electrical cord for the heated landing zone had breaks in the outer insulation exposing conductors both where the cord meets the plug and along the cord. |
