Facility at 285 Smith Street in NORTH KINGSTOWN, RI: a. On or about February 7, 2024, a stone mason (VC) was exposed to continuous noise of 94 dBA which exceeded the action level for a hearing conservation program of 85 dBA for an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) or a dose of 174.9 % during a sampling period of 437 minutes (7 hours and 17 minutes). b. On or about February 7, 2024, a stone mason (JN) was exposed to continuous noise of 89.3 dBA which exceeded the action level for a hearing conservation program of 85 dBA for an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) or a dose of 91.9 % during a sampling period of 441 minutes (7 hours and 21 minutes). c. On or about February 7, 2024, a stone mason (JL) was exposed to continuous noise of 91.3 dBA which exceeded the action level for a hearing conservation program of 85 dBA for an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) or a dose of 121.3 % during a sampling period of 429 minutes (7 hours and 9 minutes). d. On or about February 7, 2024, a stone sawyer (BC) was exposed to continuous noise of 90.5 dBA which exceeded the action level for a hearing conservation program of 85 dBA for an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) or a dose of 107.7 % during a sampling period of 465 minutes (7 hours and 45 minutes). |
