At that time I was living in mass.

Complaint What Happened Back in XXXX I reported FAIR COLLECTIONS & OUT to CFPB in regards of a Collection account in my credit file. The company responded asking for a Lease for the year of XXXX. I provided the information requested, now this company is asking for more information. This collection agency not only, is co messing around for years with my credit but now that I complied with their requirements to investigate this Fraud account, they trying to prolong this matter, requesting more documentation. This company knows its not my account but they still reporting this information as accurately. The Fair Credit Consumer Association should investigate this fraudulent collection agency..
