Complaint What Happened Heartland Payment Sytems refuses to create a license so that I can process on there system with other credit card providers. They installed a system for over {$10000.00} that does not work the way it is intended or that we were led to believe. They keep telling me they are working on the licenses but it never get done. This in an effort to make us use them for credit car processing. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX are all are of this problem and have either chosen to do nothing or just tell me for over XXXX months that it will be taken care of soon.

Complaint What Happened I have been having issues with XXXX XXXX, who took over my loan from XXXX. I have been in deferment for a while because I am a graduate student, but I like to check my account from time to time so I can keep tabs on what I owe. Last Saturday ( XX/XX/2018 ) I tried accessing my account multiple times and the service was unavailable despite claims on their website that they are a 24/7 access site. I have tried again today, XX/XX/2018, at XXXX and the site is still unavailable. I then tried to contact the company and they ask for a SS #, and it said the number was not on file, yet when I tried to register an account I couldn't because I already had a file. I decided to research the company only to find extremely negative reviews of other people having the same or worse problems ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have reset my password and gotten " in '' to the site where they say there is no information based on my SS #, yet they say that my loans are being handled on the same page ( screenshot attached ). I logged out and attempted to log back in with my new password, and the unavailability message is back. How is it that I have no access to MY information?! I plan on graduating this year which means that my loans would come due. I am not comfortable with this sketchy company having my personal information or access to my finances. I appreciate any help that you can provide. Thank you.
