Complaint What Happened	We fell behind, due to some costly issues with the house, cars, family expenses! We tried to modify but the company wanted a good faith payment of XXXX. We didnt have it. So a representative suggested I file bankruptcy. The mortgage company had been sold 4 times, each time I proved I was keeping up on the insurance, but they keep adding XXXX on top of all the missed payments. I have home owners Insurance that has never lapsed.
