None in 2009. It was TAX PREPARATION, but ceased business 9/08 and moved out of state. At that time, I filed my final tax returns, obtained the letter of good standing. I then sent in the application for dissolution, a check, and the letter of good standing. I cannot locate my copies of these documents. I have moved twice recently (out of state). I should not have to file this report, because the business ceased in 2008, and should be dissolved, as of Sept. 2008. Your office informs me they do not have the package I sent last year and advise me to therefore file this annual return and start the dissolutioin process all over again. I respectfully protest, but do provide this return.Note - there is no agent resident in RI. I moved out of state in Sept. 2008. |
