Citation text line OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees., in that the employee's were exposed to caught between/under injuries due to inadequately jacked vehicle: A. Jobsite; On or about 6/18/2014, at 1665 Hartford Ave. Johnston, RI 02919, the employer failed to ensure that vehicles were properly jacked when changing tires as evidenced by: 1. The employee did not engage the parking break. 2. The employee failed to ensure that a heavy object was placed behind the back tires, to keep the car from rolling backwards. 3. The employer failed to ensure that the Audi Assist Manual was followed.
