Kitchen: On or about 4/17/16, employees were attempting to relight the Blodgett 1048 Gas Deck Oven with the manual control valve in the "on" position, and as a result causing an accumulation of natural gas in the oven. This is not in accordance with the manufacturer's written operating instructions, and exposed the employees to burn hazards.
