The facility processes paper printing products creating hazardous dusts. ABATEMENT NOTE: In accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 (e)(1) the written hazard communication program shall at least include the following: a. A list of hazardous chemicals used in the workplace (1910.1200(e)(1)(i)), b. The methods the employer will use to inform employees of the hazards associated with non-routine tasks and the hazards associated with chemicals contained in unlabeled pipes in their workplace (1910.1200(e)(1)(ii)), c.
