Facility: In the following instances areas around electrical panels were blocked by storage of materials, reducing the effective acces space to less than the required three (3) feet: 1) Electriacal shut-off for the de-humidifier located above the RICOH Pro C751; 2) Panel IG-1, 120/208 volt, behind the Kodak NP-1 Nex Press SX 3900; 3) Panel IG-2, 120/208 volt, blocked by plastic step stool. |
