OUR PROJECT INCLUDES ADDING A 3,310 SQUARE FOOT ADDITION TO THE CURRENT 8,310 SQUARE FOOT FACILITY WHICH WILL INCLUDE 10 ADDITIONAL TREATMENT ROOMS, ADDITIONAL WAITING ROOM AND TEAM SPACE. DEMAND FOR HEALTHCARE SERVICES AT THIS LOCATION HAS CONSISTENTLY INCREASED AND THIS EXPANSION WILL ALLOW US TO ADD THREE ADDITIONAL PRIMARY CARE PROVIDERS TO THIS LOCATION.
