(a) At the worksite: On or about 3/27/2024, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized protective eyewear to prevent an exposure to serious eye injuries, while working with wet concrete. Cherokee Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1671040, citation number 01, item number 001b and was affirmed as a final order on, 07-25-23 with respect to the workplace located at 63 Eccleston Avenue, North Kingstown, RI 02852. |
