Ferns and Flowers Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1625958, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1094 Centerville Road, Warwick, Rhode Island. |
